Managing your elertz Widget
Starting the Widget
The widget normally starts by default when the computer starts for the first time. If it becomes necessary to open it manually you may do so:
On Windows XP this is done by clicking on the Elertz Icon on the desktop
Or via Start -> All Programs -> Elertz -> Elertz
NOTE: If you click on an elertz enabled webpage whilst the widget is not running, the page will request for permission to start the widget for you
Minimising the Widget to the taskbar
Click on the - minimise icon which is found in the top right hand corner of the widget
Minimising the Widget to the systray
Press the X close icon which is found in the top right hand corner of the widget
NOTE: When minimised to the sys tray the widget looks like this:
Shutting down the Widget altogether
Right click the elertz widget icon in the systray and choose 'Exit'
Removing Unwanted Subscriptions
From time to time you will want to remove a subscription or subscriptions. This is very simple to do
Open the widget, then in the right hand pane choose the subscription you wish to delete and right click. Select 'Remove Subscription'
